It which was originally created by Hayal Koksal has been going on its journey with the support of Microsoft Turkey since 2004. The methodology of the Project is “İmece Circles (An improved model of Students’ Quality Circles)” and technology use at every step is a must. In 2006, it was publicized among the state schools of 14 cities of Turkey after the protocol (20.12.2006 dated, 21104 numbered). In 2007; 93 projects which were studied by the primary and secondary school students’ teams of those cities were shared on 5th June, 2007 in Ankara with a great ceremony supported by the collaborative organizations. 18 students projects won “High Achievement Awards” while all the others were awarded at various levels. In 2008, the Award Ceremony took place on 26-28 August 2008 within the 11. ICSQCC (http://www.hayalkoksal.com/en/convention.html). 19 Projects of 2009 were awarded in Muğla and Akyaka within the country and will be given in Lucknow, India on 2-5 December 2009. While starting the 7. year, the main theme is : “Training TQPs through Art, Music and literature”. The deadline fort he registration of the foreign teams is 31st December 2009.
