The Center for Schools of Quality was founded by world-wide famous quality guru John jay Bonstingl in 1989 in Maryland, Columbia, USA. Dr. Hayal Köksal is the only representative of that Center in the world since 1999. The main difference of the Center from the others are its high adaptability capacity to every culture through some principles which are mainly as; personal leadership, true partnership, system-focus, process-orientation, dedication to on-going learning and Love. “The flexibility and harmony of the programs make the model possible to use at different sectors such as; education, tourism, healthcare and business. The Turkish center works with a membership system based upon projects. Data-driven motivational research forms the basis of the applications. Through “Happiness workshops” all the partners are guided towards sharing, caring and love. Peace and mediation are the final targets.
